Question by Football with ur feet not hands!: simple health tips that can go a long way… in terms of food?
im a guy so its very simple for me to get by the side of with food =).. eat allot!! i don have any weight problems.. i stay active and material.. but all the commercials and tv shows are allways talkin bout high cholestrol and low cholestral and high blood w/e and low blood w/e.. high this.. and low that…
the only thing ik bout food is calories and taste… so what websites or sources can i go to so that i can find out wats excellent for me and wats not,

Take a nourishment class. Best thing I ever did for myself. Since taking it, I have started eating real, whole foods, instead of processed chemicals made to resemble food.
